An estimator from E&V came to my house to give me an estimate on a heating and air conditioning unit. He took all relevant information and said to give him a couple a days and he would have the estimate ready. After a week I contacted him and he said to give him a few more days and he would have it completed. After another week and not hearing from him, I sent him an email. Still no reply. I then left a voicemail on his phone. Still no reply. I then emailed the company to see if the rep still worked there, finding it odd that he did not reply to my messages. I received a call from the office and said my email had been forwarded and that he would contact me asap. Well, again no response. After contacting the office the second time I stated that another estimator would be fine if he could take over the estimate and get back to me. That was the last contact with the company. It's been over a week and no response. I'm a propane customer, and I am surprised by the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend E&V for heating and air conditioning. Very poor customer service.
